Winning the award for the CEO of the year in 2022 was a great honour. Leading organisations through the pandemic was a challenge for many. I helped many organisations, including my own, to adapt to the challenges the pandemic caused.

Organisational agility is the ability of an organisation to adapt to its changing circumstances with lower risk and cost. This seems such a fundamental attribute for today, that I was very happy to recieve this award in spreading these incredible approaches that allow us to survice and thrive in difficult times.

2015
Led the 2015 transformation of Bristol City Council. Played a significant part in the saving of £100M per year over 3 years as part of the austerity project.
